Ant Moore Estate

A well rounded Sauvignon Blanc, displaying intense lemon flavours with hints of lime. While the nose is subtle, this wine has a great richness, palate length and weight that provides huge flavour intensity on the finish. A drier style, classic Ant Moore style Sauvignon Blanc.

Bright and vibrant aromas of cherries, orange blossom and hints of aniseed complemented by strawberries and cream lifting out of the glass.

The palate is soft and fleshy with upfront fruit, there is a soft tannin line giving the wine structure and palate weight with a clean dry focussed finish.

The fruit was cold soaked on its skins for 14 hours before being lightly pressed. Fermented in small batches, we played around with various yeast strains and temperature. This has allowed the complexity you see in the glass. This wine is textural as well as very fruit driven.

Please enjoy on its own or with any summer occasion. We look forward to seeing how it develops over time and becomes more interesting with age. Enjoy!
